1.5 lbs (700 g) Brussels Sprouts

6 Cloves Garlic (Medium)

Chopped Ginger (to Taste)

Chili Flakes & Walnuts Optional

The Sauce:

75 ml (1/3 cup) Maple Syrup

50 ml (1/4 cup) Olive Oil

25 ml (1/8 cup) Balsamic Vinegar

Coconut Macaroon Cookies

3 Cups Shredded Coconut

3 Eggs (5 if Using Only Eggs Whites)

1 to 1.5 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup White Flour
